1. Scope and your consent
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. Marketing consent is optional, is not required to use the Services, and may be withdrawn at any time. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or government systems linked from the Services.
2. Information we collect

Property information appearing in reports may concern a property or a person identified in public records. We obtain that information from public or government sources at your direction; it should not be treated as information supplied or verified by the affected person.
3. Sources and uses
We collect information directly from you, automatically when necessary to operate and secure the Services, and from public records and official government sources consulted to fulfill a property search. We use it to provide authentication, research, reports, saved history and support; maintain security and source attribution; comply with law and enforce our Terms; and send service messages. If you separately opt in, we may send marketing communications from 2BTRUST or 2BCheck. You may unsubscribe without losing service access.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that process data for us under appropriate restrictions, including hosting, database, authentication, email-delivery, security, and infrastructure providers; to official or public-source systems when needed to perform your requested search; in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not permit third-party advertising in the Services.
5. Data retention
We retain account information and saved search history while your account remains active and for only as long afterward as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal information unless retention is required by law, necessary to complete a pending transaction, detect security incidents, exercise legal rights, or otherwise permitted by law. Public records remain controlled by their originating authorities.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You may decline or withdraw marketing consent, request access to or correction of account information, and initiate account deletion from the Account area of the mobile app. You may also contact developer@2btrust.com. We may verify your identity. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, secure session handling, and encrypted transport. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are intended for business and real-estate research and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information to us.
9. United States and international use
2BTRUST is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when legally required.
