Email developer@2btrust.com. Include a concise description and the property address only when necessary. Never email passwords, one-time codes, financial account information, or government identification.
Account and privacy
Initiate deletion of your account and associated saved history from the Account area in the mobile app. For access, correction, marketing opt-out, or another privacy request, email developer@2btrust.com. We may verify your identity.
Report information
2BCheck reports organize information from identified public sources. A missing result or unavailable source does not establish that no record or risk exists. For corrections to an official record, contact the authority maintaining that source; 2BCheck cannot alter an authority’s underlying record.
Service status and urgent matters
If a source is unavailable, try again later and review its source-status message. 2BCheck is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to safety, contact the appropriate emergency service or public authority.
